Product Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional, capable of managing client expectations and leading our technical support team to achieve excellent service standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founders to develop and implement product strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee new client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Lead comprehensive user testing initiatives to maintain high product quality.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client queries and technical issues regarding our applications.
  • Diagnose, escalate, and resolve technical issues efficiently, coordinating with technical teams when necessary.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to resolve technical issues and drive product enhancements.
  • Design and implement feedback loops to enhance client satisfaction and refine products and services.
  • Analyze client feedback and technical trends to inform product strategy and improve customer service.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the product team through mentorship and guidance.


Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Tech-savvy professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and lead the technical support team to achieve excellent service standards.
