Job Description: 
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to elevate our LMS platform's user experience across web, mobile, and desktop applications. The ideal candidate will craft intuitive, visually appealing designs for our B2B EdTech solution, with a strong focus on complex dashboard interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for our LMS platform, including web, mobile apps, and desktop software
• Create comprehensive dashboard designs for admin panels and user management interfaces
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Design intuitive user flows for features like course creation, enrollment, and content consumption
• Craft visually appealing layouts for landing pages and course displays
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility across all platform components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with technical requirements
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex dashboard designs and intuitive user interfaces
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles with the ability to create cohesive design systems and style guides
• Should have expert proficiency in Figma, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Experience designing for EdTech or SaaS platforms is a plus
